Victors list

I've been trying to sort out a masterlist of who wins what when, because it's all very confusing when you're trying to borrow everyone else's Victors. So this includes Victors from lorataprose, penfold_x, and seta_suzume, juggled a bit to make things work out.

This works out to the following per district:

(Twelve has 4 victors, but Katniss and Peeta count as 1 in the totals column)

Have I ever told you how amazing this is and how much I love it? (Oversight on my part). I enjoy this so much (I've got similar stuff, but it's, er, in yellow legal tablets, because that's how I roll).

When I came back to look I realized I'd actually updated this since the original post, because there was too big a gap between One Victors, so I've added the new version to the post.
