Victors list

I've been trying to sort out a masterlist of who wins what when, because it's all very confusing when you're trying to borrow everyone else's Victors. So this includes Victors from lorataprose, penfold_x, and seta_suzume, juggled a bit to make things work out.

This works out to the following per district:

(Twelve has 4 victors, but Katniss and Peeta count as 1 in the totals column)

:D yeah I decided randomly that Johanna was the second female 7 victor, just, the first one died. Because WHY NOT!

Yes logistics are fun :D and yeeeep that was my thinking on One for sure, 3 pen already solved for me ^^
