I think what you're doing is we need, though.

The world is full of people with Ideas on how to Solve Things. Some of those ideas are good. Most of them are bad. All of them are useless without (many, many more) people who are willing to do the specific concrete things that will turn those ideas into reality, and especially to do those things again and again over a very very long period of time.
