The 69th: Training

This got kind of absurdly long (in that it's almost 4000 words and the Games have not actually started yet, oops) but it has lots of Lyme so maybe that's okay? There is reference to nasty things happening but no actual details of any kind here (that's why we skipped past the part where the Tour gets to the Capitol...I have a chunk of that written but then went EEK when I went to edit so we're saving that for another day)
